His Story
Joe was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and has since made his home in Lorain, Ohio, and Orlando, Florida. He currently resides in Cleveland, Ohio. Over the past 25 years, his artistic work has been featured in numerous exhibitions and galleries. A significant milestone in his career occurred in 2007 when he was chosen to assist in creating the final wall drawing of the late, legendary New York City artist Sol LeWitt, which is now part of the permanent collection at The Akron Art Museum. Additionally, he took part in the 2025: Artists at Work staff exhibition at The Cleveland Museum of Art, where he serves as an Exhibition Technician.
